Our private Hot & Cold Spa suite contains a wet sauna, hot soak tub, cold plunge tub, and luxurious rain shower. Enjoy the spa solo or bring a friend! We designed the spa to be a quiet, meditative oasis from the fast pace of modern life. A place to reset your nervous system.

When you arrive, we’ll show you to the spa suite with provided storage for your earthly belongings. Fresh towels, a robe and slippers will be waiting for you. Your suite is equipped with water and herbal tea.

As always, listen to your body. The spa suite is yours to enjoy as you please. Our recommended healing ritual begins with a cleansing rinse in the rain shower, followed by 3 rounds of 5 minutes each in the cold plunge and hot soak tubs. Wind down with a 20-30 minute session in the sauna, and wrap up with a long, relaxing rain shower.

You'll be provided with local, organic bath products (all from our favorite zero-waste store, Earth!) along with a hair dryer, straightener, hair ties and pins. Please bring your own hair brush, razor, specialty skincare products, and makeup, if desired.

This non-invasive, light-touch therapy allows for gentle and natural rebalancing of body, mind and spirit.

When you arrive, we’ll show you to the Reiki suite with provided storage for your earthly belongings. Your session will begin with a brief consultation to help your Reiki practitioner better understand your unique needs. You'll have an opportunity to share anything that feels important, or anything that you'd like assistance healing through Reiki.

You'll spend the duration of your session lying on a massage table, comfortably relaxing in meditation with a soothing eye pillow. Select from a range of essential oils to enhance your experience, and enjoy a sound bath of singing bowls and chimes to lull you into deep relaxation. During your session, gemstones are placed on the chakras (energy centers) to provide balance. The final step is a clearing of your aura (energy field).

  • Positive Thinking & Meditation (Vedanta & Dhyana)

Receive guidance and support, wherever you find yourself on your yoga journey. Beginners will work on developing familiarity with yoga postures, breathing exercises, and basic meditation techniques. Intermediate and advanced students will be encouraged to challenge mental limitations and deepen all aspects of their yoga practice.
