CORPORATE WELLNESS PACKAGES:

1. Bring Sattva Yoga Spa to the Workplace:  Let us come to you. We provide the yoga mats, props, and "zen" decor for a "mobile yoga studio" setting. We'll schedule an appointment for an initial consultation at your office or workplace to ensure it's a good fit. We can even discuss setting up a semi-permanent yoga room in your workplace for an additional fee, if you have a suitable space for it. Companies we've worked in the past with have chosen to call it a "relaxation room," "meditation lounge," or "zen den," and promote this space as a wellness incentive to employees. From there, we decide on an appropriate schedule of classes and styles (choose from yoga, meditation, guided relaxation, and more) to meet the needs of your company. Depending on your location, company size, and schedule of classes, we set your customized rate.
   
   Base rate:  $400 per 60-minute class
   Location:  within 10 miles of Sattva Yoga Spa, Edgebrook
   Company size:  up to 50 employees
   
   Additional time:  +$100 per consecutive hour (in the case of specialty on-site workshops, etc.)
   Additional travel:  +$25 for 11-25 miles away from Sattva Yoga Spa, +$50 for 26-50 miles, +$100 for 51-75 miles
   Larger companies:  +$200 up to 100 employees, +$400 up to 200 employees
   
   
2. Bring the Workplace to Sattva Yoga Spa:  The most economical and flexible option. Offer Sattva Yoga Spa membership to your employees as an employment perk (you pay), or offer your employees a special discounted membership rate (they pay). If you choose to pay for your employees' memberships, the more employees you have, the more you save:
   
   1-5 employees  =  $175 per month, per employee
   6-10 employees  =  $150 per month, per employee
   11-20 employees  =  $125 per month, per employee
   21-50 employees   =  $100 per month, per employee
   51+ employees  =  $75 per month, per employee
