When you arrive for a yoga class, the room already will be set up with clean yoga mats and equipment. All you have to do is choose a spot.
When you come in for a spa session, you'll be provided with a robe, fresh towels, and organic tea. The spa is stocked with non-toxic, organic bath products to nourish your hair and skin.
Our silent meditation room is open to enjoy before or after any yoga class or spa service. It's a dark, cozy room designed for relaxation and contemplation. Inside, you'll find an altar, incense, salt lamps, plush rugs and cushions, quiet music, and a soothing water fountain.
Our community lounge includes a tea bar, filtered water station, yoga library, and comfortable seating. It's a perfect place to decompress and socialize before and after classes or spa services.
