Everything you love about our Open-Level Yoga classes with an added element of heat. Our infrared heaters increase the temperature in the studio to about 95 degrees. Expect a brief grounding meditation, balancing breathing exercises, and a sweaty vinyasa to prepare the body for a series of main postures.

Yin Yoga is a deeply therapeutic form of yoga, focusing on the body’s connective tissues, fascia, meridians and energy channels, and corresponding organs and glands. Each posture is held for 2-10 minutes to allow plenty of time for physical and mental release, challenging the practitioner to find relaxation in the midst of discomfort.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a meditation practice that involves finding a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It's said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as 4 hours of sleep! You'll spend the entire class lying down in a relaxing position.

Yes, we do stress relief here. But we also do so much more than that. We are in the business of resiliency training. We’re here to teach you how to live in this world with all of its stressors and toxins and obstacles and challenges… and not just get by. But to THRIVE in it. I’ve never done yoga before. Is that okay?

What should I bring?

Absolutely! We LOVE beginners. All of our classes are beginner-friendly, unless otherwise noted. You will never be expected to do a headstand or touch your toes. Come as you are, do what you can. Yoga is all about how you feel on the inside... not how you look on the outside.

What should I wear? 

I’ve never done yoga before. Is that okay?

What should I bring?

Anything you're comfortable moving, stretching, and potentially sweating in. (Especially if you're coming to a Hot Yoga class.) We recommend loose-fitting, breathable, cotton clothing, rather than tight, plastic materials like polyester.
