I’m so happy you’re here. Thank you for prioritizing your health, happiness and wellbeing. Your personal healing is a powerful act of service that benefits not only YOU but also your entire family, the whole of humanity, and the evolution of our species and planet. I hope our yoga center offers a new home for you where you can decompress, revive, and finally feel a genuine sense of belonging within a community.
At SYS, you’ll discover that Yoga is an experience. Not a workout. Not the latest trend. I know you don’t need yet another workout class. That’s why all of our offerings are rooted in the 5,000+ year old spiritual science of Yoga. (It’s called a science because it’s tried and true. It has stood the test of time and is a proven methodology. It really works!)
The basic purpose of Yoga is to awaken one’s awareness and strengthen one’s relationship with life. It is much more than a physical practice for the body-mind. Yoga is the art of right living, encompassing simple living and high thinking. It is the inherent calling to honor the sacredness that lies at the core of the natural world.
Yes, we do stress relief here. But we also do so much more than that. We are in the business of resiliency training. We’re here to teach you how to live in this world with all of its stressors and toxins and obstacles and challenges… and not just get by. But to THRIVE in it. To be strong and powerful so that no matter what comes your way, you’ll be steady.
I can’t wait to meet you.
